Where are you located?

Are all items handmade?

All of our pet items are 100% made in our small home studio in Orlando, FL. The vintage clothing will be marked as handmade when it’s our creation, and otherwise, be marked with the brand or “unknown” brand notice when it’s not. 

 

How do you source your materials?

The majority of our fabrics and materials were found during our search for vintage lingerie. They are often repurposed and in limited quantities which is why the majority of our handmade creations are limited editions. 

How do the cat dresses, cat jackets, and pet collars close?

They close using a hook and loop system (think Velcro). We ensure each piece is securely attached to the fabric so it won't separate over time as you open and close it around the neck (or tummy, if applicable). 

Do you accept custom orders?

No, we create limited edition designs on all types of styles. All of our items are created as part of collections. Follow us on Instagram @magicalwiggles to stay up to date! You can always contact us to drop a suggestion of a theme/inspiration, and who knows, maybe our next collection will be inspired by you? ^_^

ORDERING

How long until my order is shipped?

We ship within one to two days business days of receiving your order. We aim to have your purchase to you as soon as possible!

What if I change my mind after placing my order? 

You may contact us to let us know what changes you’d like to make before your purchase is marked as shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are considered final, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us so we can assist. 

What shipping options are available?

Multiple shipping options are available. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may be longer than normal due to the effects of COVID-19. We cannot guarantee shipping times on any order.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so if you would like to purchase insurance, please choose the Flat rate delivery option which has insurance included.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Delivery

All items are carefully packaged and typically shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Shipping which can take about 2 to 7 days for delivery. This option includes tracking. 

Tracked and Insured Delivery

All orders have a flat $8 charge for shipping. The larger the order, the more economical this rate belongs, so enjoy shopping!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery Times

Please allow up to six weeks for your purchase to arrive. All international packages are mailed with a customs declaration number. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but if you wish to upgrade to priority mail to keep track of your package during the entire trip, please choose the appropriate option during checkout.
